Whose schedule do I keep? His or mine? Whose talents do I share with you? His or mine? Whose friends do I have? His or mine? Whose thoughts do I want? His or mine? Whose voice do I listen to? His or mine? Whose ways do I keep? His or mine?
My calm, rest, peace, strength, direction, and understanding depend on the answers. As well as my unrest, tension, nervousness and anxiousness.
The real question - do I want His stream of living waters or my still stagnant pond? Kinda seems like an easy choice. But you would not believe how my stinking pride muddies the waters. Keep me in your prayers.....
