Please! Don't do it. You know who you are. You feel desperate. You feel your options have expired. You feel ashamed. You feel embarrassed. You are distressed. You are distraught. You feel like the oxygen has been sucked out of the room. You feel empty. You never thought your life would look like this. You have no energy. You do not think you can make it. So you have decided to do it. You are going to end it.

Please! Don't do it.You are known, intimately. Hope knows your name. Love knows your address. Peace has watched you grow. Righteousness has covered you. And they are all the same person! You are not desperate. You have options. Your options are unlimited. You can ask for forgiveness.

You are among humans and we all know how it feels to be embarrassed. You can be comforted. You do have wind beneath your feet. You are breathing, there is still oxygen in the room. He can fill you up. Your life has never been your own.

You do have energy. You can make it. It is not your decision to end it, even though it is in your power to do it. You need to see this as a new beginning and not the final moment.













Please! Don't do it.Someone understands!

No one has to tell the sun to rise.
No one has control over this and yet it happens every day!

You were never meant to be in control. Do not listen to lies.You were worth giving life to. You are meant to live. So Live life! You can learn how to live it well.
