Day 149
There comes a time during the day
when I must stop.
Just stop.
And Sit.
And Think.
This is a time to process
the what, the who,
the why, they how, the where.
This is a time to wonder,
to dream,to consider all possibilities.
This is a time to wait.
Just wait.
Everyday I must do this.
The strength of my inner man
depends on the time I give
myself to just be.
It may look lazy
and that is fine.
But if I do not do this....
it's not good.
